The hotel is very close to a metro station. It made traveling around the city easy. The room was very clean (I really liked the attention to detail).
The soundproofing in the room was not great. I could hear footsteps from the room above mine. (That was quite annoying.)

I appreciated the komeda komeda on the second floor. It was convenient. the 7/11 on the first floor offered direct access from the hotel. i found the location excellent, especially the short walk to the station. the staff helped organize luggage transport, which i greatly appreciated.
The bed was a little hard for my liking. This is a minor issue.

the hotel is near the station, about a short walk away. the station is just next to the hotel, made commuting very easy. ginza is a few blocks away.

the location is wonderful. i found a convenience store on the first floor so convenient. the subway station is also so close. the staff checked me in quickly.
it sometimes took a little longer than i wanted.

The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The beds, pajamas, and bathroom were very nice. The bathroom shower head was REALLY nice, and the bathtub was good too. A 7-11 store was on the first floor. Made getting food and drinks easy.
The room was a bit dark. There was not enough space for luggage. The soundproof in the room was poor. I could hear footsteps from the room above.
